Riding at night has an adrenal serenity. A small beam of light poking through the darkness, unless you're being followed by Dave "radioactive handlebar" S. The senses pick up subtle changes in the air; cool moist air softly slams as you dip down towards water, stirred dry heat swirls as you approach the crossing road. Lights flash in a silent disco, weaving through the trees. The night rides have arrived. Here's to the winter season and the many miles of the darkness ahead.
